Yes. But consider what I did. I received 200 resumes, and deleted 160 because of last names ending in vowels, not signing over paychecks to the freemasons, lived in majority black neighborhoods, or were non-obese women. I then deleted 32 resumes that didn't have pentagon torture security clearance, were democrats, or over 28 years of age. Then I called the 8 remaining white male republicans. I had 3 candidates left that I sent to you. 94% of their projects will fail, they will violate most company policies, and quit or get fired within 1 year.
Quality over quantity. Consider that the next time you receive only 3 resumes in 1 week.
