The Case against Brett Kavanaugh

There is nothing in what Brett Kavanaugh has said, that in any way discredits any of his accuser’s accounts, and unlike Pizzagate, the Brett Kavanaugh Scandal does not involve coded email messages. Brett Kavanauagh has an undeniably immoral past, and is obviously still a secret proponent of immorality.

Brett Kavanaugh interestingly graduated at the top of his class in Yale, and was only interested in sports and partying. Kavanaugh’s college roommates, James Roche and Chad Ludington, said that Kavanaugh had lied under oath via testifying that he had not been a heavy drinker. Georgetown Prep student from 1980–82, Timothy Don, has verified that Brett Kavanaugh’s best friend in high school, Mark Judge, jumped on top of groups of high school peers, and laughed hysterically (as in the gang rape accusation of Christine Blasey Ford), and that Mark Judge committed ID forgery, (as in his 1998 novel, “Wasted: Tales of a GenX Drunk”).

In 2003, a student named Eric Ruyak alleged that he had been molested by a Georgetown Prep priest, Garrett Orr. When Ruyak came forward, Kavanaugh’s close high school friend, Mark Judge, came after him. “Numerous alumni told me that Judge was going around saying I was emotionally unstable and a sexual deviant,” Ruyak said. When Orr later pleaded guilty to two instances of abuse, (the first in 1989), Mark Judge blamed everything on liberalism.

Even though rape isn’t about physical evidence, or corroborating witnesses, there are simply too many coincidences to not believe the stories of Brett Kavanaugh’s accusers. What does Brett Kavanaugh’s multitude of lies, say about his possible guilt? What does having a best friend like Mark Judge indicate about someone?

The F.B.I. Probe of the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh was incredibly cursory in believing the testimony of Kavanaugh’s possible co-conspirators. Also, the testimonies from Kavanaugh’s former classmates were ignored. The FBI Supplemental Investigation was disabled by Don McGahn telling Donald Trump that a wide-ranging inquiry, like some Democrats were demanding, and Mr. Trump had suggested, would be potentially disastrous for Judge Kavanaugh’s chances of confirmation.

Here is the evidence involved in the Brett Kavanaugh case:

Alcohol abuse evidence

1) Brett Kavanaugh’s freshman year roommate, Chad Ludington, described Kavanaugh as “frequently, incoherently drunk”.

2) Three other Yale and Georgetown Prep classmates, (Brookes, Swisher, Roche), have said Brett Kavanaugh drank a lot, and often became belligerent.

3) “100 Keg Club”, “Treasurer of the “Keg City Club — 100 Kegs or Bust”, and “Alcoholics Unanimous Prep Brew Crew” excessive drinking references. Kavanaugh called himself “Beach Week Ralph Club — Biggest Contributor”. Despite denials, Brett Kavanaugh actually did commit underage drinking at Georgetown Prep.

4) Kavanaugh admits to belligerence, and a memory blackout (possibly caused by alcohol). He then request confidentiality to preserve his false image. “Reminders to everyone to be very, very vigilant w/r/t confidentiality. on all issues and all fronts, including with spouses.”

4) Someone who knew Kavanaugh in high school told Scott Stedman: “he drank to the point of not being able to know right from wrong.” This person attended parties with Kavanaugh and asserted Kavanaugh would’ve done almost anything to impress Mark Judge, and “would definitely be involved in something like this.”

5) Undergraduate student at Yale, Brett Kavanaugh was involved in an altercation at a local bar involving throwing ice on another patron, according to a police report. This verifies claims of Kavanaugh’s early drunken aggression.

6) Kavanaugh’s friend Tim Gaudette’s wrote a thesis on British Brewing and Pubs, at the University of Exeter — 1989–1990. Verifying post-Georgetown Prep alcohol abuse.

7) The inscription Brett Kavanaugh wrote to workout partner Tobin Finizio II for his yearbook entry: “drink plentiful amounts”.

8) “Wasted: Tales of a Gen-X Drunk” by Mark Judge, with character “Bart O’Kavanaugh”, and Mark Judge’s other writing.

Law violation evidence

1) “Rehoboth Beach Police Fan Club”, “Rehoboth Beach PD Fan Club”

2) “Loud, Obnoxious Drunks. Prolific Pukers.” Brett Kavanaugh 1983 letter signed FFFFF, Bart.

3) “Beach week” — Urban Dictionary: going to the beach to get belligerently drunk and have sex.

Gang rape accusations

1) Christine Blasey Ford, gang rape accusation and verification via Kavanaugh’s calendar entry of July 1, 1982.

2) Julie Swetnick’s accusation that Kavanaugh and Judge orchestrated gang rape parties.

3) Deborah Rameriz’s accusation that Kavanaugh committed sexual assault at Yale.

4) A letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee accusing Brett Kavanaugh of gang rape, page 13: https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/09.26.18%20BMK%20Interview%20Transcript%20(Redacted).pdf

Gang rape evidence

1) The Washington Post reported in early ’90 on a letter written by 7 local-area private-school headmasters, (including the headmaster at Kavanaugh’s school), at the end of the 80s. They described parties with hundreds of students, “fighting,” and “sexual license.”

2) “Renate Alumnius” — not explainable as anything other than a reference to sex.

3) “Killer Qs & 151”: Quaaludes and 151 proof grain alcohol.

4) A friend of Julie Swetnick and Christine Blasey Ford, whom also knew Brett Kavanaugh and his friends testified that she has seen Kavanaugh spike the punch at house parties in the Washington DC area.

5) The woman who saw Kavanaugh shove a female against a wall in a sexually aggressive manner while leaving a bar in the early 1990s.

6) Sean Hagan, one of Kavanaugh’s high school classmates, said, “They were very disrespectful, at least verbally, with Renate.”

7) A high school classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has revealed he heard him sing a crude sexual song about a girl called Renate. The classmate, who asked for anonymity, submitted a sworn affidavit to the FBI and his attorney also sent it to several members of the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this week.

8) Bill Barbot, who was a freshman at Georgetown Prep when Judge Kavanaugh was a senior, said Judge Kavanaugh and his clique were part of the school’s “fratty” culture. “There was a lot of talk and presumably a lot of action about sexual conquest with girls,” Mr. Barbot said.

9) Mark Judge’s former girlfriend, Elizabeth Rasor, filing sworn affidavit claiming Mark Judge admitted to gang rape incidents at Georgetown Prep.

10) Mark Judge’s pedophilia Instagram photographs, and videos. Mark Judge’s possible involvement in pedophile sex trafficking.

11) Mark Judge deleting his YouTube videos of passed out girls, and hiding from the Press, after the accusations about Brett Kavanaugh emerged. Who has a best buddy like that?

12) Mark Judge’s underground high school newspaper, The Unknown Hoya, referring to a typical Holton-Arms catholic girl’s school student as a “Holton Hosebag,” which, according to one classmate, meant a “woman who exists for a man’s pleasure, a human receptacle for semen, and just thrown away like you would a bag.”

13) In Mark Judge’s quote, “the wonderful beauty, of uncontrollable male passion”, uncontrollable means the woman that is the target of male passion can not control the man committing male passion. Therefore, “the wonderful beauty, of uncontrollable male passion” implies “the wonderful beauty, of rape”.

14) Mark Judge acquaintance, Timothy Don, who believes Dr. Ford because Judge used to jump on top of groups of Georgetown Prep students, and laugh hysterically in high school.

15) Mark Judge, indicating shame when Christine Blasey Ford saw him at the grocery store later.

16) Mark Judge Once Sought ‘Babe’ With ‘God-Given Sex Appeal and Curves’ For ‘Daily Caller’ Shoot.

17) In 2003, a student named Eric Ruyak alleged that he had been molested by a Georgetown Prep priest, Garrett Orr, (whom later pleaded guilty to two instances of abuse, the first in 1989). When Ruyak came forward, Kavanaugh’s close high school friend, Mark Judge, came after him. “Numerous alumni told me that Judge was going around saying I was emotionally unstable and a sexual deviant,” Ruyak told the Post. Mark Judge professed that Garrett Orr, a Jesuit priest, was not guilty of rape until Orr confessed. Then, Mark Judge blamed the entire incident on Liberalism.

18) Cristina King Miranda, a high school classmate of Christine Blasey Ford, heard rumors that something had happened between someone from her school and someone from Kavanaugh’s school, around July 1982.

19) Renate’s classmate Angela Walker submitted a declaration to the FBI and described attending a house party with Georgetown Prep boys: “A friend from Prep warned me not to go upstairs where the bedrooms were, cautioning that it could be dangerous.”

20) Rape isn’t about physical evidence, or corroborating witnesses.
Christine Blasey Ford is an accomplished research psychologist.
Julie Swetnick had multiple security clearances, and testified under possible penalty of perjury.
Christine Blasey Ford passed a polygraph.
Brett Kavanaugh refuses to take a polygraph.

21) A Yale classmate can corroborate Deborah Ramirez’s account that during her freshman year at Yale, she was sexually assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh. The classmate said he was “100% certain” he had heard an account that was practically identical to Ramirez’s 35 years ago.

22) Sworn statement by a former Georgetown Preparatory School classmate of Brett Kavanaugh:

23) Adela Gildo-Mazzon, Keith Koegler, Rebecca White all submitted sworn statements that, as an adult, Dr. Ford told them what happened.

24) Text messages suggest Brett Kavanaugh wanted to refute Deborah Ramirez’s claim before it became public.

Ethical Violations
1) Yale Law School Dean speaks out after it was uncovered — professor Amy Chua said it is “not an accident” Kavanaugh’s female law clerks all “looked like models”. She was grooming them.

2) Brett Kavanaugh has claimed at three Senate hearings since 2004 and in written answers to senators’ questions that he never suspected that a Republican ally, Manuel Miranda, was sending him sensitive, stolen, insider information from Democrats on the Judiciary Committee in the early 2000s. Kavanaugh’s claims of ignorance warrant heavy skepticism. Miranda, a Republican Senate staffer working to confirm Bush’s judicial nominees in the early 2000s, for nine months sent Kavanaugh and other GOP allies a steady stream of intelligence on Democrats’ plans for stumping nominees.

3) Democrats say Kavanaugh misled then-Sen. Russell Feingold (D-Wis.) by testifying in 2006 that he was not “assigned” or was not “primarily handling” Pickering’s nomination. Records released for his Supreme Court nomination show that Kavanaugh was fairly consumed with the Pickering nomination even though he was not the White House lawyer with primary responsibility. He coordinated meetings about the nomination, wrote an op-ed for then-White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales about Pickering, and had a hand devising the overall strategy, among other contributions.

4) “I drank beer with my friends. Almost everyone did. Sometimes I had too many beers. Sometimes others did. I liked beer. I still like beer. But I did not drink beer to the point of blacking out, and I never sexually assaulted anyone.” Three high school or college friends said Kavanaugh was a social drinker who never drank to excess; six college classmates said he was a stumbling, sometimes nasty drunk.

5) Suspicious payments of Brett Kavanaugh’s debts, immediately before Supreme Court nomination.

6) Kavanaugh claim he accumulated debt via a multitude of routine home repairs, doesn’t make sense. Why take out that much debt in 2016, and why credit card debt and not a lower interest home equity line?

7) Kavanuagh explanation for his baseball ticket expenses doesn’t make sense. As Kavanaugh’s financial disclosure statements make clear, he did in fact, “carry that kind of debt year over year” — meaning that the White House spokesman flat-out lied. Second, if he was living on $3000 a month for all his expenses, he couldn’t afford even his share of the tickets. Third, for Kavanaugh to be the purchaser of the tickets is financially reckless. If you add big purchases to credit cards that are already carrying large balances, you increase the principal on which the credit card company charges interest. Why would Kavanaugh offer to front the cash for the tickets , and why would he do it across three credit cards?

My Theory of the Georgetown Exorcist Nazis, (the Killer Qs and 151 saga)

Possible Georgetown Exorcist Nazis parents include Don Urgo Sr., (owner of Urgo Hotels and Resorts), Brett Kavanaugh's mother, Martha Kavanaugh, (a Montgomery County, Maryland prosecutor that could keep the Georgetown Prep gang of football team members out of trouble), and Psychiatrist Dr. Brian Crowley, (whom prescribed the date rape drug "Ketamine" for aggression caused by head injury during sports).

Hotel magnate Don Urgo Sr. could have told his son Don Urgo Jr. about drugging and photographing naked women in hotels for compromising information, in order to initiate the plot. Tim Gaudette and Chris Garrett, would get the Catholic High School girls to attend the house parties. Don Urgo Jr. would drug the girls via spiking the punch with Quaaludes and 151 proof grain alcohol during house parties. Brett Kavanaugh would drag drugged girls into bedrooms, render them unconscious, and undress them. Mark Judge would then photograph the girls naked on the bedroom's bed.

After the girls were photographed, the gang of Georgetown Prep Class of 1983 varsity football team players, would line up to have sexual access to the passed out girls. One member of the gang, (possibly Tobin Finizio), would then take the passed out girls to some place where they could awaken, having forgotten what occurred.
