Forms of government, or economics?
Capitalism and Communism are both government policies towards economics.
Capitalism is government having the policy that companies controlled by aristocracy-like false owners, (that aren't paying the entire business loan payments of the company), should exist, and worker's councils controlling companies should be fought.
Communism is government having the policy that accurate economics, (worker's councils operating companies), should exist, and exploitation of employees should be fought.
